Women's Self Defense & Jiu Jitsu Clinic

When: Sat. Feb 25th from 2-4pm
Would you be prepared should you need the use of self-defense to save your life or a loved one's? This program focuses on intelligent defense against an attacker and also trains you to be prepared in a number of different situations. This clinic is a blend of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self-defense, gun retention and striking. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, kick some butt and walk out feeling much more confident then when you walked in.
YogaFit for Youth (Ages 6-10) Max 12 kids

YogaFit for youth is a playful exploration of yoga that will teach children the basic vinyasa flow, how to use their breath, and the basic yoga postures. Through a kid friendly yoga series of poses and games kids will improve their balance, strength, self-control, flexibility and focus and gain a better understanding of mind-body connection.
