The training center was built as a result of us listening to our clients and so we expanded our academy to include more classes for everyone to enjoy. We now offer a full schedule for Boxing, HyperFit (conditioning class), Muay Thai, and Yoga. We found the best trainers in the area who have the ability to inspire and challenge everyone from top athletes to beginners.We also offer ongoing specialized 4 week clinics such as: jump rope, yoga, bum bum, hardCORE (abs), and running efficiency for those who want to take their training to the next level.

HyperFit
HyperFit a conditioning class that incorporates the best in functional training + real world techniques + a fighter spirit/mentality. Hyperfit is a class taught by two world-class professionals. It is a high energy, blood pumping, sweat dripping, action packed class that pushes you to the edge both physically and mentally. Come ready for anything as this class keeps it fresh with new workouts daily and always has measurable results! You will see improvement in strength, agility, endurance, speed, explosiveness, balance and cardio. All levels welcome.

Family HyperFit

Muay Thai Class
Thai Box is a high energy; high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. This class is the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training. This class is 50% cardio boxing, 50% heavy bag workout and 100% calorie burning.

Family Muay Thai Class
Bring the whole family for this. Whether they are members or not. All are invited to join in.

Boxing Class
Increase your speed, agility, and strength and prepare to sweat in this bootcamp style interval training boxing class.

Muay Thai Adv. Sparring
An advanced workout for experienced participants. Wraps and gloves are a must

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga All levels class (especially for those who can’t touch their toes) in a warm room. This restorative class is perfect for over-exercisers or anyone looking to release tension and improve flexibility. This is a yin practice where poses are held long enough to create changes in the body.

Yang Yoga Power flow
The Vinyasa sequence is a challenging flow synchronizing breath with movement. This class is designed to heat the body, to increase flexibility, strength, balance and stamina. All levels (especially for those who think yoga is for sissies).
